So, tomorrow is the two-year anniversary of Meg's death which is totally sad, but it also means that six days later is the two-year anniversary of my adoption because my mom and dad were so upset about Meg, they got me to help them get through it - real healthy, right? And I've been thinking about this anniversary a lot because you guys know that my life was real sh*tty before I came here because I worked at a breeding facility which pretty much means puppy mill. And now my life is good and I get to eat a lot and sleep on the couch and in the big bed and hang out with my parents at my Grandma's and Uncle Ansel's and Aunt Kathryn's which is my favorite place.
And this is a picture of my mom and Meg.
Anyway, I've been noticing a lot of gray hairs now that I'm seven years old, and I don't feel old so I'm like that really sucks to look old!
This pic is from like a year ago or something - you see a few grays, right?
And this pic is from like two weeks ago and the grays are taking over my whole face! Oh, Martha - do I look distinguished or just plain old?
And please don't send any presents if you are thinking about it because I still haven't gotten through all the treats from last year even though I really appreciate presents but the economy really sucks and I think you dogs should be spending your money on more important stuff than my adoption anniversary. If you really want to do something, please send Barack Obama a couple of dollars because my my dad doesn't want to stay at a job that he hates because the health insurance is good.

Happy Adoption Anniversary, Ike!
I'm so glad that you have been adopted into a family who loves you and knows how to treat you right.
I'll bet you and Meg would have been good friends if you had known her. That's a great picture of her and your mom.
Ike,
My moms say that white hairs make you look distinguished.
I think you're the handsomerest.

Ike, I've had grey hairs on my face since I was TWO!! I think it's from living with Sherman. You will always be smashingly handsome...
Happy Adoption Day!

You'll always be adorable to us, Ike - no matter how many grey hairs you get! Shoot, Ike! I have grey hairs too! I'm almost 10!
We love that picture of your mom and Meg!
Love ya lots,

Hey Ike,
I've been noticing my own gray hairs lately. It must have something to do with being 7, cause I'm 7 too. Or it could be living in a house full of crazy females. Anyway, Happy Adoption Anniversary!

My dad is getting some gray hairs and he blames it all on me. But you look way more distinguished than he does, sorta like George Clooney.
Happy adopti-versary!
That is a nice picture of your mom and Meg. Meg must be a very special girl just like you are to your pawrents.
And about the grey hair, we dont think you should worry about it. You still look very handsome and you what they say about older man..haha

Happy burpday Ike! I'm glad your parents rescued you from being a sex slave. While you are a sexy beast that is totally not cool.
I've gotten a lot greyer over the last year. It's wisdom, not age.
wally.
P.S. I'm going to go give some moolah to Obama on you (and your dad's) behalf. Hearing health insurance stories always burns me up.
