Spike.

So we just got home from my Uncle Ansel and Aunt Kathryn's house and you will never believe what happened because were driving across the high bridge in St. Paul and my mom pulls over, gets out of the car and come back with a really old lab. And then my dad called the number on the tag and then turned around and gave him to some people in a parking lot who were really happy to have Spike back which is good because I wasn't really happy to have him in my car! Sorry, my mom didn't have the camera but he was about the oldest dog I've ever seen and he probably is because his mom said he's 15!

If I'm ever wondering around on a bridge, or anywhere, I sure hope you and your mom come by to rescue me. And you know what, Ike. I would be so totally cool with you that you would be like, hey Ms. Brador. You are totally cool. And I would be like, yeah Ike, so are you.

Your Mom is a hero! I always carry cookies and an extra leash in the mastiff mobile in case I spot any lost doggies.

Your mom was a good samaritan, a hero, a rescuer of the lost!

I'll bet Spike was very glad to get back to his mom.

that was very nice of your mom to do that, but even nicer that she didn't sit around and talk to spike about the 'good old days' while you were bored in the car. I bet the two of them remember when dog food cost a nickle.
