Now, I want to apologize for my mom's blog laziness! She hasn't been helping me read blogs or update my blog. I don't know what she thinks she's doing - trying to enjoy the rest of summer and working on moving and all this other boring crap.
On another note, my mom and dad and grandma totally went to the fair today and didn't bring me because they don't allow dogs which is totally stupid! I had to stay home in my kennel all day while they ate deep fried potato slabs and ice cream cones and had chocolate milk and deep fried cheese curds and get this, battered and deep fried OREOS! My mom said it was like a hot doughnut with a melty Oreo in it, and did they save one for me? Of course not! And did they come home after forever smelling of all manner of animals that aren't me? Of course!
This is an oldie but describes how I feel.

Oh Ike...I wish I could have gone to the Great Minnesota Get Together too! My human cousins & uncle & aunt were there today...& I'm sure they spent a bazillion dollars on fried cheese curds & hung out with the folks at KARE but didn't even THINK to bring/send us less fortunate doggies anything...
My mom/secretary says the Fair here in San Diego is nothing great..not like the MN get together...

Our mom and dad go to the fair every year without us too, Ike, and we think it stinks! Why can't we go too and have fun like they do?!

Ike, I have that crystal problem in my pee-pee too. I get sick sometimes. I also have accidents in the house. I understand how you feel. I am better now and I hope you are too. I hope the new food is tasty.

We are with you on the pee crystals. We have been on a special diet from the vet since Dottie got crystals and we are all better now. Be good and eat all the right fud!

Ike it is so dang rude of them not to take you to the fair to have deep fried Oreos. I hope you stop trying to make crystals with your pee but it was awfully nice of you to be so considerate to your mom while she was sick.

Ike.. are your crystals the same as the ones from Swarovski? If so, you can make big bucks buddy.. my mom pays crazy money for those things!! (On a more serious note, hope it's not anything serious..)

Just trying to catch up too. I am so sorry about your Mom's loss. Give her some extra licks from me and Arrow and I hope she's feeling better. I know that food would sure cheer me up. Also I'm glad your eye and getting better too.
Very expensive fancy food cures everything. See if you can get them to cook steak for you.

I so understand how you feel Ike!!! After my momma got kicked out of our local fair for trying to bring me along, they decided to leave me at home to go to the big fair!!! They ate all kinds fun, fried stuff and I had to stay home with the cats and the Madie!! I was very unhappy about the whole affair!!!!! =(
